PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Please fill out all information and submit. Any request made after hours or on the weekend will be addressed on the next business day. Crafts cannot be responsible for the following:

1. Damage caused by leaking fluids, battery acids, cooling system anti-freeze solutions, industrial fallout or fallout resulting from acts of God.

2. Damages occurring while loading or unloading inoperable vehicles.

3. Damage to tailpipe or muffler due to overloading.

4. Articles left in vehicle. IF you elect to pack items in your car, you do so at your own RISK and there is a strict limit of 100 pounds.

5. Light scratches or small dents up to $50 due to dirty cars which are unable to be inspected thoroughly.

Additional Information:

Please try to have you car down to 1/4 tank of gas.

Windows must have a clear view with on obstructions.

Furnish keys to the vehicle, both ignition and door.

Personal items left in the car are at your own risk.

Please do not overload the vehicle. 150-200 lbs max please.

The drivers seat must be able to move fully .

Remove any Trans Pass/EZ pass transponders from your vehicle or put them in a protective bag or wrap in aluminum foil and place in your glove compartment.
